Welcome to Ubuntu Luxury Villa, our luxury villa in Hoedspruit, located on the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate close to Kruger National Park and the Blyde River Canyon. Our private 3-bedroom safari holiday home with swimming pool accommodates up to 6 guests and features a solar back-up system.

Situated on an exclusive and secure wildlife estate between Kruger National Park and the Blyde River Canyon, two of South Africa’s top destinations for wildlife and nature enthusiasts, we offer the perfect base from which to explore the region.

Enjoy the best of both worlds as you relax by our swimming pool, walk and cycle around the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, and take day trips into these two spectacular natural wonderlands. When you return, enjoy sundowners on the viewing deck overlooking the African bush.

Ubuntu Luxury Villa is a dream-made-real for Dutch owners Dennis and Anouk. After many years of traveling the world as hospitality photographers, capturing some of the most beautiful hotels and lodges, we developed a deep understanding of what makes a stay truly special.

We brought those experiences together with our love for South Africa to create Ubuntu Luxury Villa — a place where thoughtful design, comfort and connection with nature come together in the heart of the African bush.

Ubuntu Luxury Villa began as our own home in the African bush. Every space, every detail and every decision was inspired by the way we wanted to experience Hoedspruit ourselves—slow mornings on the patio, afternoons by the pool, evenings around the boma and unforgettable wildlife moments just outside our door.

  • A 60th Birthday Celebration We Will Never Forget! Ubuntu Luxury Villa is everything we hoped it would be and more. The villa is luxurious, beautifully designed and equipped to the highest standard. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, from the swimming pool and boma to the viewing deck. Before our arrival, a game drive was arranged for us and during our stay Jackie looked after us exceptionally well. When we experienced problems with our rental car, she went above and beyond to help us. We would also like to thank Anouk and Dennis for their excellent communication before and during our stay.   • Unbelievable 4 night stay at the stunning Ubuntu Luxury Villa. Dennis & Anouk had thought of literally EVERYTHING! The decor and quality of furnishings is very high end, nothing was scraped or damaged, beds were like marshmallows, the kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen, the game/scorpion torches, info pack, amenities, toiletries, towels, wine, wood.....I could go on! Don't hesitate to stay here, you will not regret it, it’s absolute paradise run by two of the loveliest people!

  • What an AMAZING place to stay while in Hoedspruit! The Villa is just as beautiful as the pictures and videos we’ve seen before we booked. You’ll have a wonderful stay in this luxury, beautiful, well equipped, and extremely comfortable villa. Anouk and Dennis do a perfect job on making sure the guests enjoy their time, very responsive, organized and always whiling to make great recommendations – we had two magnificent experiences referred from them (a perfect Safari tour and a wonderful diner at the villa). You’ll never forget your Ubuntu experience, the sunsets, the animals that come to the property while you’re in the pool, the coffee on the observation deck and specially the bike rides around the estate surrounded by zebras, giraffes, wildebeest and plenty of other wild animals. One of those once in a lifetime experience is waiting for you. We made Ubuntu our home for a few nights and we will never forget how special our experience was. Looking forward to comeback!

  • What an amazing place! As a regular visitor to Kruger and Hoedspruit area we can say that this is the MOST AMAZING place we ever stayed at! From our booking enquiry until the follow-up after our stay, everything was great. The eye for detail in all brochures before the stay is amazing, so many extra options they have to offer, we could have stayed here for weeks! 🙂 Located in the (for us) best part of the estate this is a dream come true to stay here. The house itself is very spacious and very clean. A covered outside sitting area with fans, a large pool, very nice boma area and best of all the large viewing deck made the whole experience even better. No doubt we will be back as soon as possible!

  • Dear Dennis & Anouk, Thank you for this fantastic house. We really enjoyed all the luxury here. You really have thought of more than everything. The pleasure of all the animals around us was mind-blowing. We drove part of the Panorama Route and visited the Moholoholo Center, very impressive! If you’re looking for a stay in and around Hoedspruit or in the Greater Kruger where you can enjoy a safari along with the countless activities and sights in the surrounding area then this is it! The villa itself is absolutely stunning, well-equipped and very peaceful. We had lots of wildlife visitors and could have spent days just chilling at the villa itself. However we were amazed at how much there is to do in the area!! Ubuntu can also organize all of this for you and that brings me to the owners Anouk & Dennis. They are unrivaled as far as hosts go! They have made Ubuntu into a warm and welcoming oasis and every little detail has been thought out to ensure you are comfortable and have every convenience you will need. They also went over and above for us during our stay and we really cannot thank them enough for their hospitality!! We will returning again and again!
